Please include the myshopify.com store domain, a screenshot or exact error message, the page where the issue happens, browser details, theme name, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
Installation and theme editor
For app embed issues, include whether the CompliAI Cookie Banner app embed is enabled in the Shopify theme editor and the CompliAI app URL configured in the embed settings.
Billing support
For plan or subscription questions, include the plan name, whether the charge was approved in Shopify, and the Shopify billing screen or error shown.
Privacy and security issues
